TCH Acquired Rush Electronics Limited

TCH today announced that it has acquired Rush Electronics Limited (Rush), a Canadian distributor representing over 30 hardware manufacturers like Captive Fasteners and Southco.

Several new lines of fasteners and electromechanical hardware will be added to the TCH product portfolio. The bigger portfolio is expected to benefit customers invlolved in manufacturing server racks and other industrial enclosure applications.
 

The addition of products and expertise will position TCH to further grow its industrial hardware business. The acquisition includes distribution centers in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, as well as business relationships with small and medium sized manufacturers and OEMs.

Transitioning to TCH

Customers of Rush Electronics can expect to be able to order and receive Rush product with no interruption. Customers will continue working with Rush employees. Product price agreements, billing practices and support levels are not being changed.
